Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. It runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on Windows, macOS or Linux. An Android app also exists on Google Play if you want it later.
What if I don't speak Spanish or Portuguese?
Chat messages are translated automatically, and calls can show live translated subtitles, so you can each speak your own language.
How much does a minute cost?
Each host sets a per-minute price in coins, shown on the profile before you call. Coin packs start at 5 EUR for 1,000 coins, with no subscription.
Who are the hosts?
Real people from Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Honduras and Argentina who passed an ID check. Their photos are reviewed before they go public.

Which browsers can I use on a computer?
Recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. A webcam with decent light and a headset make calls clearer.
What happens if my connection drops?
If a call ends for technical reasons, your coins are refunded automatically. Billing is per minute, so you are charged for connected time.
Are the 600 welcome coins free calls?
No. They are a promotional bonus that unlocks when you buy your first coin pack and they expire after 30 days.
Can I meet a host in person?
No. ChatBizu is online video only, and asking to meet offline is against the guidelines.
What is not allowed on calls?
Nudity and sexual content are prohibited. Calls are moderated, and accounts that break the guidelines are removed.
